📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure adherence to production schedules.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Lead and mentor production teams to achieve operational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular equipment maintenance to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations or a similar role.
- Proven track record of success in driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in using manufacturing software such as SAP, ERP, or MES.
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
