📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assisting the head chef in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes
- Prepping ingredients and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
- Following food safety and hygiene protocols
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Supporting the team during peak hours and special events
- Learning and applying new cooking techniques and recipes
- Assisting with food presentation and plating
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a kitchen assistant or cook helper in a professional kitchen environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges
- Familiarity with using kitchen software or point-of-sale systems is a plus
