In this role, you will work closely with our head chef and other culinary professionals to prepare and cook a variety of dishes. Your daily tasks will include maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene, managing inventory, and ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest quality. You will also have the chance to contribute to menu development and participate in team meetings to discuss new ideas and improvements.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and menu specifications.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
• Manage inventory and ensure that all ingredients are properly stored and used.
• Assist in menu development and participate in team meetings to discuss new ideas and improvements.
• Work closely with the head chef and other culinary professionals to ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest quality.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring that all dishes are prepared promptly and to the satisfaction of our guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Line Cook in a professional kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian and English languages is required.
• Experience with a variety of cooking techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to follow recipes and menu specifications accurately.
• Experience with inventory management and food cost control.
• Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
