📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns.,Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for financial planning and budgeting.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.,Train and mentor junior accounting staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting management.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations is a plus.
