📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the candidate experience from initial application to onboarding, ensuring a positive and efficient recruitment process.,Coordinate with hiring managers and recruiters to gather candidate feedback and identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement candidate experience strategies to enhance the overall recruitment process.,Monitor and analyze candidate experience metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in the candidate experience.,Provide training and support to hiring managers and recruiters on best practices for candidate experience.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in candidate experience and recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Proven experience in candidate experience administration or a similar role.,Strong understanding of the recruitment process and candidate experience best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using HRIS and other recruitment tools.,Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.
