📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Nurse in managing the nursing unit and patient care.,Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments.,Document patient records accurately and maintain patient confidentiality.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Collaborate with the medical team to ensure coordinated patient care.,Maintain a clean and organized nursing unit.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.,Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.,Professional certification (e.g., SIPP, SIN, or equivalent).,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Experience in a similar role is preferred.,Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures.
