Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and mentor a team of store staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service.,Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company regulations and industry standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels to optimize profitability.,Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement new initiatives and improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail laws and regulations.
