📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Wave and Fuji SMT equipment.
Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance and longevity.
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize production downtime.
Collaborate with production teams to enhance equipment efficiency and productivity.
Monitor equipment performance metrics and implement improvements based on data analysis.
Conduct thorough inspections and testing to ensure equipment compliance with safety and quality standards.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes.
Provide technical support and training to production staff on equipment operation and maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance and repair, preferably in electronics manufacturing.
Proven expertise in Wave and Fuji SMT equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
Proficiency in using maintenance management software such as SAP PM or similar.
