PT Galih Tambang is seeking a dedicated Inventory Staff to join our team in Gianyar, Bali. This is an immediate opening, and we are looking for someone who can start right away. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our inventory system, ensuring accurate stock levels, and supporting the smooth operation of our warehouse. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update the inventory system to ensure accuracy and completeness.,Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations to identify discrepancies.,Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments to ensure they meet quality standards.,Prepare and process purchase orders for restocking inventory.,Work with the warehouse team to ensure efficient and timely fulfillment of orders.,Monitor inventory levels and alert the team when stock is low or out of stock.,Collaborate with the sales and production teams to ensure timely delivery of products.,Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory management or a related field.,Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.,Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
