Hokian Indra Electronics is looking for a dedicated Inventory Staff to join our team in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. This is an urgent position, and we are seeking a professional who is detail-oriented and can handle the responsibilities of inventory management. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring stock levels are optimal, and supporting the warehouse operations. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update inventory records accurately and timely.,Conduct regular physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy.,Support warehouse operations by managing stock levels and reordering supplies.,Assist in the implementation of inventory control systems and procedures.,Collaborate with the purchasing team to ensure timely receipt of supplies.,Generate and analyze inventory reports to support decision-making.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.,Assist in the training of new staff on inventory management practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,At least 1 year of experience in inventory management or a related field.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.,Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
