📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of employees, ensuring high performance and productivity.,Develop and implement team training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback to improve performance.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts within the team.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of new team members.,Contribute to the development of company policies and procedures.,Participate in company events and initiatives to promote team spirit.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in team leadership or a similar role.,Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Proven track record of successful team management.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
