📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees,Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback,Coordinate with department heads to understand training needs,Maintain training records and reports,Assist in the development of training budgets and schedules,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related fields,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in training and development or related roles,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Good organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with training software and tools,Ability to work well in a team environment,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
