Tanggung Jawab:
Overseeing the electrical work in our projects, ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.Mentoring and guiding our junior electricians, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.Ensuring that all electrical work is in compliance with local and national regulations and standards.Developing and implementing electrical work schedules and procedures to ensure that work is completed on time and to budget.Conducting regular safety inspections and audits to ensure that all electrical work is safe and compliant.Providing technical support and advice to other members of the team as needed.Ensuring that all electrical work is documented and recorded in accordance with company policies and procedures.Attending and participating in regular team meetings and training sessions to ensure that all team members are up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an electrician in a similar role.Proven track record of successfully managing and leading electrical projects.Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and standards.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and guide others.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work safely and comply with all health and safety regulations.Valid electrical license and certification.🛠️ Keahlian
