📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the IT infrastructure and support team to ensure optimal performance and availability.,Provide technical support to healthcare professionals and staff, resolving IT issues promptly.,Implement and maintain IT security measures to protect patient data and ensure compliance.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of IT services.,Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to align with the organization's goals.,Conduct regular training and workshops for staff on IT best practices and new technologies.,Monitor and analyze IT performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the IT department to plan and execute IT projects and upgrades.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support roles, preferably in a healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security systems.,Certifications in IT support and related fields are a plus.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Familiarity with healthcare IT standards and regulations.,Proven track record of successfully leading and mentoring IT support teams.
