📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.,Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.,Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs, and translate insights into actionable marketing plans.,Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing, to drive traffic and conversions.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing activities with sales, product development, and customer service.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously seek opportunities to improve marketing performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.,Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media marketing tools.,Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.,Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Understanding of the local market and consumer behavior is a significant advantage.
