Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and nurses.,Promote and sell medical products to increase market share and revenue.,Conduct market research and provide insights to support sales strategies.,Train and mentor junior medical representatives to ensure consistent performance and customer satisfaction.,Attend trade shows, medical conferences, and other industry events to network and build relationships.,Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Provide excellent customer service and support to healthcare professionals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical sales or a related field.,Strong understanding of medical products and the healthcare industry.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Ability to travel extensively for business purposes.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
