Duta Tono Electronics is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong client relationships. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients on electronic products and services.,Manage and mentor a team of sales consultants.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the electronics industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Knowledge of Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.
