📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide basic nursing care to staff members, including wound care, medication administration, and health assessments.
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Assist in emergency situations and ensure prompt response to medical needs.
  • Educate staff on health and safety practices, including proper hygiene and infection control.
  • Keep accurate records of staff health and medical incidents.
  • Maintain and update the first aid kit and emergency supplies.
  • Collaborate with the store manager to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of health and safety policies.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Valid nursing license and certification.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian healthcare regulations and practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
