📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct feasibility studies and market research to identify packaging trends and customer needs.
• Design and develop innovative packaging solutions using industry-standard software like Autodesk Inventor and SolidWorks.
• Perform material analysis and testing to ensure packaging meets performance and sustainability criteria.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate packaging solutions into product development processes.
• Stay updated with industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including management and clients.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of packaging innovation strategies.
• Participate in R&D projects, providing technical expertise and leadership.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in packaging design, development, or analysis.
• Proficiency in using Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, and ANSYS for packaging design and simulation.
• Strong understanding of packaging materials, properties, and testing methods.
• Experience with regulatory standards and compliance requirements in the packaging industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
