Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and optimize production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Monitor and maintain production equipment to prevent downtime and ensure smooth operations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Production, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production engineering role.
  • Proficient in Japanese language, both written and spoken.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
  • Experience with production management software and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel if required.
