📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain all purchasing activities, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and order processing.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to meet demand and prevent stockouts.,Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to secure the best possible deals for the company.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Analyze purchasing data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth procurement and supply chain operations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all purchasing transactions and vendor information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management.,Strong knowledge of purchasing processes, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and order processing.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain management software is a plus.
