📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the organization's hiring needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to identify the best candidates for open positions.,Conduct job interviews and make hiring recommendations to management.,Maintain a strong understanding of the organization's culture and values to ensure a good fit between candidates and the company.,Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and provide input on the recruitment process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the hiring process.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
