Tanggung Jawab:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.Source, screen, and evaluate job candidates to ensure they meet the company's requirements.Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.Maintain a strong employer brand and represent the company at career fairs and networking events.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.Provide feedback and guidance to job candidates throughout the hiring process.Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related role.Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
