📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
• Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions to ensure accurate and comprehensive hiring.
• Source and screen candidates using various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Schedule and conduct interviews, including phone screens, in-person interviews, and assessments.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide timely updates on the recruitment process.
• Maintain a strong candidate database and track the progress of each recruitment effort.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Provide feedback and guidance to other team members on recruitment-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruitment platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
• Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
