We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Sky Up Berjaya in Manado. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide exceptional service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage costs.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and presented to the highest standards.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment, in compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver excellent service.,Monitor and analyze sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and comply with company policies and procedures.,Work closely with other departments, such as procurement and human resources, to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or equivalent experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other departments.
