📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs for employees,Create and implement training materials, including lesson plans, handouts, and assessments,Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employees' skills and knowledge,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed,Collaborate with the HR team to align training programs with organizational goals and objectives,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them achieve their full potential,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development,Mentor and coach employees to help them develop their skills and advance their careers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
