📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and grow client accounts, focusing on increasing revenue and customer satisfaction
• Develop and implement dynamic marketing strategies tailored to each client's unique needs
• Monitor and optimize ad campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other platforms
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their marketing goals are met
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and content
• Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
• Provide regular reports and presentations to clients and internal stakeholders

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in account management, digital marketing, or a related field
• Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts
• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and HubSpot
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint is a plus
• Fluency in English is required
