📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the organization, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Monitor financial transactions, prepare financial reports, and provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting regulations and standards.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior staff members.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Participate in financial planning and analysis activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a non-profit or educational organization.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) is a plus.
