📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and optimize the sewing production line to ensure efficiency and quality.
Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain high standards.
Develop and train the sewing team on best practices and new technologies.
Ensure timely delivery of orders and manage production schedules.
Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the management team to ensure seamless workflow and adherence to company standards.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the sewing department.
Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 10 years of experience in garment manufacturing, with a focus on sewing operations.
Proven leadership experience in overseeing and optimizing production lines.
Strong knowledge of sewing machine types, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Experience with quality control systems and standards, such as ISO 9001.
Familiarity with production management software, such as ERP or MES systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and mentor a team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
