📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, install, and maintain MEP and HVAC systems in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of MEP and HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MEP and HVAC systems.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Provide technical support and training to other team members as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations.
• Document all work activities and maintain accurate records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in MEP and HVAC systems design, installation, and maintenance.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as ASHRAE, IES, and local building codes.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Valid certification in MEP and HVAC systems (e.g., NCII, NATE, or equivalent) is a plus.
