📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the implementation of BMS and SCADA systems in commercial and residential buildings.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of systems.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Develop and maintain system documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure on-time and on-budget completion of projects.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in BMS and SCADA technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in BMS and SCADA systems.
• Certification in BMS/SCADA systems (e.g., BACnet, LonWorks, Modbus).
• Strong knowledge of building automation software such as Honeywell Niagara, Siemens Building Technologies, or Johnson Controls Metasys.
• Experience with SCADA software such as Wonderware, Ignition, or GE Cimplicity.
• Proven track record of successful project management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
