You'll work with QuickBooks, SAP, and other financial software to streamline processes and improve efficiency. This role is perfect for a professional with 5+ years of experience in finance and accounting, ideally in a startup environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage all aspects of financial reporting, including monthly and quarterly financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate financial planning and execution.
• Lead tax compliance and preparation, including annual tax filings and VAT returns.
• Implement and maintain financial systems and software, such as QuickBooks and SAP, to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
• Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement financial solutions that support business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards, including GAAP and IFRS.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in finance and accounting, with a strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification preferred.
• Proficient in QuickBooks, SAP, and other financial software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in a startup environment is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian.
