📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain SAP Business One, ensuring data integrity and system performance.
• Support and troubleshoot POS systems, providing technical assistance to staff and resolving issues promptly.
• Develop and maintain reporting tools to provide valuable insights for business decision-making.
• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring reliable connectivity and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement IT solutions that support business objectives.
• Provide technical support to employees, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies, recommending improvements to enhance system efficiency.
• Conduct regular system audits and updates to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
• Proficient in SAP Business One, with experience in data management and system maintenance.
• Experience with POS systems, including troubleshooting and technical support.
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Indonesian.
