📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily operations of the palm oil mill, ensuring efficiency and quality
- Manage resources and optimize production to meet targets

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
- Coordinate with the Plant Manager to develop and implement strategies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in plant management, preferably in the palm oil industry
- Strong knowledge of palm oil processing and quality control standards
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
- Certification in ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems is a plus
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
