🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Property Specialist or similar role in the luxury real estate industry, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of the luxury real estate market in Bali, Indonesia, including local trends, regulations, and client preferences.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Familiarity with property management software, such as REIS, Compass, or similar tools.
