Based in our modern office in Canggu, you'll be at the heart of action, managing a team of 10-15 delivery partners and ensuring seamless operations across Bali's diverse locations including Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

As our Deliveries Marketplace Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing delivery routes using advanced tools like Google Maps API and Route4Me. You'll coordinate with local logistics providers, implement quality control measures, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the growth of our delivery marketplace in Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and mentor a team of 10-15 delivery partners, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Optimize delivery routes using Google Maps API and Route4Me to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Coordinate with local logistics providers to ensure timely and reliable deliveries.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain high service standards.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Analyze delivery data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the Head of Country Deliveries Marketplace to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
• Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting continuous learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in managing delivery operations and teams.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, including Google Maps API and Route4Me.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in the logistics sector.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
