Foreman Civil

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily civil construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to plan and execute construction tasks.
• Conduct safety inspections and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
• Manage and maintain equipment and tools, including excavators, bulldozers, and cranes.
• Monitor progress and quality of construction work, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on project status, including progress, issues, and recommendations.
• Train and mentor junior staff on construction techniques and safety procedures.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainable practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction, with a proven track record in project management.
• Certification in Construction Management or equivalent.
• Proficiency in using construction software such as AutoCAD, Primavera, and MS Project.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and standards.
• Experience in working in challenging environments, such as remote or rural areas.
• Ability to travel and work in remote locations as required.
