Kasie Sustainability (Sustainability Section Head)

PT Dwi Mitra Adhiusaha is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Kasie Sustainability to join our professional team in Kalimantan Selatan. In this critical role, you will be the driving force behind our sustainability initiatives within the palm oil industry. We are looking for a professional who can manage and lead our sustainability team, ensuring that our operations are environmentally responsible and socially accountable.

As a Kasie Sustainability, you will work closely with our palm oil plantation and processing facilities to implement and monitor our sustainability programs. You will develop and oversee strategies to reduce our environmental impact, enhance our social contributions, and improve our overall sustainability performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement sustainability strategies to reduce environmental impact and improve social contributions.
• Manage and lead a team of sustainability professionals, ensuring the effective execution of sustainability initiatives.
• Monitor and report on sustainability performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with sustainability regulations and standards.
• Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in sustainability practices.
• Conduct sustainability audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of our sustainability programs.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on sustainability best practices and initiatives.
• Represent PT Dwi Mitra Adhiusaha at industry events and conferences to promote our sustainability achievements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sustainability management within the palm oil industry.
• Certification in sustainability management, such as ISO 14001 or similar, is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of sustainability standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in using sustainability management software, such as SAP Sustainability or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
