As a FAT Supervisor, you will work closely with our finance team to maintain financial accuracy, optimize tax strategies, and support the company’s growth. This role is perfect for someone with at least 5 years of experience in financial accounting and taxation, proficient in using SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and holding a relevant certification such as CPA or ACCA.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax laws and regulations, including VAT, corporate tax, and income tax.
• Lead and mentor a team of accountants and tax specialists, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing actionable insights to the management.
• Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations, providing training and support to the team.
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in financial accounting and taxation.
• Proficiency in using SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
• Relevant certification such as CPA or ACCA.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
