As an Edge POP Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the data center infrastructure that supports ByteDance's global services. You'll work with a variety of technologies including network equipment from Cisco, Juniper, and Arista, and you'll have the opportunity to work with the latest in edge computing technologies.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, implement, and maintain data center infrastructure for edge computing solutions.
• Collaborate with network engineers to ensure seamless connectivity and high-performance data center operations.
• Monitor and optimize data center performance, ensuring reliability and uptime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network and infrastructure issues in a timely manner.
• Work with a variety of network equipment from Cisco, Juniper, and Arista.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in edge computing and data center infrastructure.
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and partners.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 coverage and quick response to critical issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in data center infrastructure, networking, or a related field.
• Certifications in networking technologies such as Cisco CCNP, Juniper JNCIA, or Arista ACE are a plus.
• Strong understanding of edge computing technologies and their applications.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, or KVM.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
