📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee and optimize the sewing production line to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain high standards.
- Develop and train the sewing team on best practices and new technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in garment manufacturing, with a focus on sewing operations.
- Proven leadership experience in overseeing and optimizing production lines.
- Strong knowledge of sewing machine types, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with quality control systems and standards, such as ISO 9001.
- Familiarity with production management software, such as ERP or MES systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and mentor a team.
